Cutting Department

We have an in-house cutting department that uses the latest technology to create fabric with the correct specifications. We also have a team of experts who ensure the best possible results.

  • The cutting section includes two cutting tables and fully-equipped electric cutters and spreaders.
  • Max capacity about 15.000 Pcs/day for cutting. 
  •  Fabric inspection and relaxation areas are available.

Manufacturing Lines

We have an in-house cutting department that uses the latest technology to create fabric with the right specifications. We also have a team of experts who ensure the best possible results.

  • Well-established 2 sewing floors has already started now with brand new hi-tech sewing machines. 
  • Total machinery 100 units including all types of specialized machines (Singer needle, Overlock , Cover seam, Cover stitch, twin needle machine, Bartack, Flat seam, Kansai, Button, and buttonhole.
  • Max capacity about 12.000 Pcs/day for sewing.

Ironing Hall

Fusing and pressing are two processes that have the greatest influence on the finished look of a garment. Fusing creates the foundation and pressing put the final seal of quality on the garment.

Ironing after a garment is fully sewn and assembled, it is transferred to the ironing section of the facility for final pressing. Each ironing station consists of an iron and an ironing platform. The irons are similar looking to residential models but have steam supplied by an on-site boiler. Workers control the steam with foot pedals and the steam is delivered via overhead hoses directly to the iron.

Loading Area

Monitoring Loading area, we have a space for the container to get inside and out with an easier way to load it and make sure that everything is under monitoring.
